Friday update
My cervix is 1 so up ever so slightly although they consider it to be pretty much the same. The good news is that one of my other doctors was in this morning and is taking me off insulin and putting me on an oral med! 
He says I am borderline on the higher side and they have me on such a small dose of insulin anyway, he's had good experience with this and is willing to try it so I'm all for that. At my 28 week u/s next Friday they will measure her and tell me how much she weighs which I am anxious to hear.
