Bridal shower locations in Central PA - help!
So, I'm throwing a shower for my sister in Central PA (preferably the Lancaster area). I'm originally from E-town, but have lived in NC for a few years and feel a little out of touch on venues for showers and stuff... we don't have the option of having it at someone's home at this point.
We're thinking restaurants primarily, but anything at this point would be considered!
Thanks for the help!
Re: Bridal shower locations in Central PA - help!
You might want to also check Mulberry Art Studio in Lancaster. They do weddings and receptions but they might be able to do showers as well. There are a few nesties who have had their weddings there so maybe they could provide more info.
We're thinking 30-35. I'd love those recs, if you think they'd work for that amount of people! Thanks!
We did some calling around and it seems like Isaac's on Granite Run might be a good fit... anyone have any experience w/ them?

Pemberly tea romm in Lancaster on Mulberry doesn't have a website, but does do showers. The owners make all their own food from fresh local produce--sandwiches, soups, quiches, desserts.
The issue with using Mulberry Arts studios is they are not cheap and you must use a caterer. The 2 tea shoppes above make their own food and the B&B and you provide it yourself or use a caterer.
If this is to happen in warmer weather, there is a pretty "industrial park " With several ponds. gazebos, landscaping, sculptural art an an open-air pavilion that has 4 grills. You could again do the food yourself or their is a nice restaurant almost next door, Olde Greenfield Inn that can cater.

There is also an Isaacs right there as well

Another option, though it may be pricier than you are wanting

That's all I have for now. If I think of anything else, I"ll let you know. Or if you have any questions, feel free to page me.
RaeAnt - Thank you so much for those websites! It's cool bc we went ahead and reserved the room at Isaac's but for some reason they only required a verbal agreement - no $$ down at all so I'm still seeing what else would work. The tea party idea could definitely be cool... and unfortunately outdoors isn't really an option since we're hoping to do it in April. I'll be checking into your recs!
Thanks again for your thoughtful response
