okay...I kind of did it!!
Some of you may remember how I was going to get my Ugg's w/ my Christmas money then decided that I just couldn't drop $170 on ugly (albeit mighty comfy and warm) boots...well today I bought a pair of Emu's. Just like Uggs only I scored these puppies for $65. I got the tall in Chestnut (or whatever Emu's calls the color "chestnut") So I'm happy. I have warm boots and saved myself $100. Now I can get that patent leather Dooney and Bourke wristlet that I like so much....

Yay for your boots, even if they're not Uggs! I have two pairs of BearPaw boots and love them. I love shoes, but didn't want to fork out $150 plus from the brand name. I tried my friend's Uggs on and live my Bearpaw just the same.
So warm and comfy--looks like you'll need them this week!?
Good for you! I did the same thing last year (sort of) -- I got my "uggs" at Costco, and I still love them!
