Aw thanks Ang!! My body is still recovering from all the kneeling to sand, prime, and paint! We're really happy with how it came out.
Brad is going to build me some false tops or cornice boxes to go on the tops of the cabinets above the microwave and above the top sink cabinets so then I'll be painting again but I think those will really give the kitchen some pizazz

Wow, what a difference Jen! They look wonderful...great job! I can't wait to see them in person. I would love to get new kitchen cabinets because I don't care for the color we have however they are custom cabinets that I KNOW cost a fortune and I just couldn't bring myself to paint or stain over them.
Lesli I know what you mean about custom cabinets especially with your size kitchen. I found a place online and started pricing out what I would want if we replaced ours and the cabinet for over our fridge started at $350 by the time I picked the basics that I wanted. I was definitely nervous how it would turn out but I am so thankful that are cabinets are all solid wood from a local cabinet maker because that makes such a difference!

LOL...I've already commented that I don't know if I would do another kitchen. Only after the reminders of how much work it was weren't right in the forefront of my brain!
We definitely have to get together soon. Maybe we'll have a couples dinner at our house one of these weekends or something when everyone is free.

I agree...we need to get together again soon. It's been a busy couple weeks for me so I'm ready to relax with friends.
Actually...Tyler is back in Hershey again. He played in the game on Sunday in Wilkes Barre. He's been up and down so much recently.
SO that's why they lost so bad!!! j/k
I didn't listen to the game because I was cleaning the house and watching the Steelers.
