Do you wear a bra to bed?

I  normally don't, but last night I fell asleep in my bra and kept waking up because it was annoying the crap out of me....but I was too lazy to sit up and take it off.

My mom wears a bra to bed every night....seems weird to me.

Do you think it helps keep your boobs from sagging?  (dumb question, I know)

Re: Do you wear a bra to bed?

  • I could never.  It's so annoying to me.  I would highly doubt it would affect your sag since you're laying down and moving around horizontally.  Not wearing one when you're upright or running, for sure, would increase sag, but sleeping???

  • No way!!! Especially one with an underwire... ugh! I have a feeling that it won't help with sagging either since you're not working against gravity.

Every now and then (very rare!), I'll wear a sports bra to bed when I'm PMS-ing... sometimes helps with the soreness.

  • Nu-uh... no way. I'm not even that big and by the end of the evening I want to take mine off.  Sometimes even right when I get home from work!  I couldn't sleep in one.
  • heck no. That is the first thing that comes off when I get home!! Even being pg  at night I only wear a tank top that has that shelf bra or whatever they call it and my boobs are huge at this point.
  • Every night,  or a slip with some kind of bra in it.  I'm a DD,  so it is uncomfortable to not have some support.   If you bra is that uncomfortable that you can't wait to get it off,  it might be the wrong size (band/style).

It might help with sag,  it might not (pull to the side causes as much as down),  but I have no sag and I've been large chested since my early teens.

  • I am large chested and still refuse to wear one to bed.  I normally take mine off as I walk through the door.  As far as sagging goes, there wouldnt be any help with that.

  • LORD NO! I used to when I first got boobs (I heard it kept them from sagging) but now its the first thing that comes off when I get home. It's bothering the hell out of me right now.

  • No, never. ?I don't like anything constricting on me when I sleep.

  • No, i think it would be so uncomfortable
  • GOD NO!!! Too uncomfortable, but I have to wear one during the day!  My mom NEVER wears one and I just dont get how that is comfortable.
  • No. I hate even where one around the house. I do most of the time though in case someone decides to pop in.  Today the postman was at the door and I folded my arms in case he could tell.  ha!

  • no way!  that is way too uncomfortable.  and it is too late for me ...boobs already sag down to belly button!

  • Just a though to those who think sleeping in a bra would be horribly uncomfortable,  it really isn't.  It is like the first couple times you wear a thong,  an odd feeling that you slowly stop noticing.  If I notice feeling a bra at all,  I usually trash it.   But to each their own.
  • Absolutely not.  That would make me a little insane.
  • Nope, and I'm large chested too.  I did during the first few months of BF'ing Elijah because I read somewhere that you should.  I like letting the girls get some air.

Actually, now that you say that, I remember that I did while I was nursing Hannah, but just to keep the nursing pads in place and keep them from rubbing because they were so sore already.
