my last day at this lil company:

will be March 31st. Sorta sad about it but also relieved. Current company will be providing us w/ a beautiful severence. Phew! I was able to get on H's insurance-so no cobra for me:) And now I'll be able to be a SAHM to my peas for at least a year, that is unless something amazing comes my way:)

Re: my last day at this lil company:

  • wow!  sorry about the sad part.  congrats on the severance and moving on from this chapter.  yay for the peas!  xoxoxo

  • I'm sorry to hear about the sad part, but I'm things worked out in such a way that you're comfortable and happy. I'm sure you're relieved that that the "wait and see" time period is over! Party!!!
  • J- you are sooo right! That truly is a gift in itself! BTW- boss pulled me in his office to ask if she was okay. Ummm...because she's been wearing the same outfit, sweater and hair don't since Thursday of LAST week! I told him she didn't like change...lmao.

YOu should have told him that she's been wearing that same outfit for the last 4 years. hahaha

  • Congrats on receiving the severance and the opportunity to be at home with the little ones. That's awesome that you were able to get onto your husband's insurance. Paying for COBRA is never fun.

  • Sadly, this is good news.  It seems so strange to be happy about it...but it sounds like it is a win-win all around.  I'm happy for you.  Best of luck.
  • Glad it all sort of worked out. Your so lucky to be able to stay home with kiddos :o) That's once heck of a severance package! Now you can focus on your other project *wink*
