We're finally taking a trip!
To Seattle! We didn't get to do much on our anniversary b/c I was really sick so we're headed to the Pacific Northwest for Mardi Gras break at the end of February. We are super pumped since neither of us has been...I've only been to California and DH has never been to the west coast at all! I'm sure we will freeze our butts off, but it will be beautiful!
If anyone has suggestions for things to do and see in and around Seattle, I would appreciate the advice!
Hope everyone is doing well! Tomorrow's Friday, thank goodness.
Re: We're finally taking a trip!
First, thank you for your kind words on my rant post. ?I don't let her get to me, but I had just had enough when I wrote that. ?:)
Second, sadly I have never been west of Vegas and the Grand Canyon, but I would love to visit Seattle. ?I'm a big fan of rainy cloudy days vs. sunny days (I know I'm weird)...I just don't know anything there is to do there. ?I would def want to visit the fish markets and see the needle.?
Have fun on your trip!!?
Sounds like a great trip. I've never been to Seattle but everyone who goes there seems to love it.
We're going to LA for a few days at the end of March during my semester break, which I'm very much looking forward to since the end of December and January have been a tough time for us, with the death of DH' grandfather and the total deterioration of his relationship with his mother and now really bad fertility news, so we could use a little LaLa land, plus some warmer weather than there is here in Chicago.
