Does anyone have a remote car starter?  I'm so sick of the cold so I thought I'd get one but not sure which brands are good.  I was looking into the Viper or AviStart.  Any feedback is appreciated! TIA!

    I don't have one but my dad and department head both have one.  My dad says it gets him car warm pretty quickly.  I know my department head can be sitting at his desk and turn on the car.  It's got to be 50 yards from his desk too.

    My H has one and LOVES it...I'm not sure what kind it is, since he got it installed at the dealer.

    I wanted one, but apparently the don't work with sticks. something about your car will drive itself into a wall or something... small price to pay for a pre-warmed car imo!

    I LOVE my remote start!  I can start my car from the back of my house and it will be nice and toasty by the time I am ready to leave!

    This is bad, but I am not sure what brand mine is.  I bought it from the dealership when I purchased my car.

    LOVE it!  Especially now since it's so cold outside.  There is nothing worse than a nice warm, happy tush being shocked by cold leather seats.  I don't know what brand mine is, though, it was already installed.
