Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

you guys all responded to to a check-in.... Joren suggested to add fitness to it and that is fine with me... the more the merrier and I think the purpose of this check-in is to get healthier, not just loose weight. Does anyone ahave suggestions for a name for the check-in? All I can come up with is "A Healthy You"... so hopefully someone can come up with something more creative. I was also going to start this on Tues the 20th. Any suggestions appreciated and if anyone else wants to join let me know and I will add your name for Tuesday.

Hi! I think that this is a great idea to focus on the "healthy" aspect of it rather than just the weight loss aspect. I know that was a "complaint" (I can't think of a better word to use) before that too much of the focus was on how much you lost in a week. Anywho - I think that it's great to post any struggles we might be having weekly and if anyone has an idea on how to help get through them. Also, if you have any health recipes you enjoy, you can post them too!

I like the name. It's simple, but it can include any of our goals (weight loss, fitness, eating healthy).
