How is everyone doing? I have had a great day so far... slept in, had breakfast with my hubz before he went into work, and had coffee with a girlfriend.
Then I went to the pool and swam over a mile!! That's my longest swim so far, and I did it in just two sets. I'm really pleased with my progress, given six months ago, I could only swim short sets of 2-5 laps! I did 18 and 22 lap sets today!
And, this puts me at 5 workouts since Monday. Having a daily check-in is definitely helping, so, thanks!

Congrats on the swimming, that's fantastic! I used to swim in high school, and I loved it. That may be my next exercise challenge after I get through couch to 5k and can run 5ks regularly.
I went for a good 45 minute walk today through my neighborhood. That felt good. My husband is going out of town later today until Monday night, which is a good thing for me diet-wise. We won't open a bottle of wine tonight and I won't really cook much while he's gone, so I'll just eat lighter, easier meals. And our CSA box had kiwis and mandarin oranges in it yesterday. Yum.

I woke up early and did my last run of week 2 of couch to 5k, but the rest of the weekend should be pretty iffy. Dinner with a friend tonight, and then a rock band party with lots of drinks and I'm sure bad food. I shall make time for a workout tomorrow, though.
You guys are awesome! I threw my SIL a baby shower today, and ate probably a bit too much. But I didn't go hog wild, and I think I'll be okay.
As of this am, I am 1.6 lbs down from last Saturday. Yay! I'm keeping up with the Wii Fit and will do it tonight.
