Inauguration Day Poll
Are you celebrating the Inauguration? Does anyone have special plans? If you got tickets how did you manage that?

I actually scheduled work out of town this week. When I was scheduling the week of the 19th it did not occur to me that the 20th falls in that week. So I will be watching the DVR when I get home. We have a bottle of Asti in the fridge that will need to be opened.
I could kick myself for my lack of thought. I have been driving around with one of those 1-20-09 bumper stickers since 2007. You would think I would have remembered this.

I have class Tuesday morning at 10, so I will be racing back to my computer after class to see what I can and then watching the rest on DVR at night. I think it's an important historical event for our country and for that reason, I wish I could watch it all but then I realized that it would not occur that way to my profs because they aren't from our country.
::Crossing fingers traffic isn't bad on Tuesday as I have to make it to class and every news report for weeks has been warning of insane traffic.::
Cancer sucks.
Same as Megan, except my day will be spent with math curriculum, and my semester of grad school started a week ago.
... every single day of forever.
i will be DVRing it and watching it at night with DH!!
and possibly watching it on my computer at work during the day..shhhh!
