Soooo, Bay Area girls.... 24th?
Are we still on? It looks like brunch/lunch might work better for some. Anyone have suggestions on where to go?

I think BritniLeigh didn't want to go into the city. Which is fine, but I don't really know any good places other than what's in Berkeley...in which case, I had an excellent brunch a few months ago at a place called La Note, or maybe lunch at the Pyramid Brewing Company...that's right off the 80, so that might be a little easier to get to? There food is mediocre, but the beer is good. Mesha probably has other ideas.
That's the extent of my ideas. If we did want to do something in the city, I wonder if there's a good place for brunch near the Ferry Building? Then we could go to the Farmer's Market afterwards.
If we're doing lunch on the 24th, I'm in.
I love La Note, but the wait there is horrendous on weekends for large groups. Pyramid is always good. Juans is delicious (Mexican), too, and pretty close to the Ashby off ramp. Angelique's (I think that's what it's called) is delicious (cajun/creole), too. It's on Shattuck in Berkeley, though, so parking is a nightmare. There's an Ethopian place on College next to the Fondue place that I want to try since my favorite place closed. *sniff sniff* I don't know what the food is like or the hours, though.
If someone has a particular craving, let me know.
