Hello! I actually wrote you a post a couple days ago when I "introduced myself" to this board, but don't know if you ever received it.

First, I see that you're expecting twins!! I have 1 1/2 year old twin boys and I can tell you that they are so much fun! Have you gone over to TheBump's Multiples board? It's a great board with a lot of wonderful MOM's. It's been very helpful for me, whether it was serious questions that I had, or just to have another moms  to talk with that I can relate to.

And, also..I actually live in Buena. I think you said that you taught in Buena? Are you at the middle or HS?

I wish you a happy and healthy pregnancy..and don't hesitate to ask if you have any twin related questions!

  • Hi I must have missed it, but I do remember your initial post.  My DS (2.5 years old) had surgery on Jan 2nd (adenoids removed and his ears re-tubed) and he has been having good days and bad, so I am not nesting as much.  I am at the high school.  I am however tempted to put in for a transfer for the middle school so that I can be in the "new building".  I have tried the multiples board and I mostly lurk but ask questions every now and again.  Your boys are beautiful and I am so amazed that you have time to blog-that is super impressive.  Thanks for the well wishes, I am feeling much better now that I am in the 2nd trimester.  I have my first cervical check coming up so I am hoping that all is well  and stays well b/c I can't imagine being on bedrest/hospitalized with my 2.5 yo at home.
