As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. I saw that you said you deal with credit reports on a daily basis. Do you know if there's somewhere to find out what the comments on there mean? We're in the process of refinancing, too, and we got a copy of the report and while our scores are great some of the comments don't seem to make sense. I'm starting to wonder if we could be mixed up with someone else.
