but i have no motivation! 

Someone tell me you worked out today!  Guilt me onto my treadmill!  Gosh, I am unmotivated in the winter...

  • I wish that I could tell you that I worked out today...but like you, I'm just SO unmotivated to do anything...Actually, I just got done eating a bowl of mint choc chip icecream!! Eugh!

    I always tell myself that I'm going to go on the elliptical when I put the boys down for a nap, but I just always feel like I have a million other things to do..and sadly, nesting is sometimes on the list lol.

  • You want some real guilt?  You're allowed to use the treadmill, I'm still not allowed, by therapist's orders.  Quit taking your body's abilities for granted and go get on that treadmill!

    No seriously though, I've worked out every night so far this week and I feel SO much better about myself.  You can do it!

  • Well I went to the gym last night and I probably shouldn't have.  I jumped rope for 20 minutes on Monday for the first time in forever and I'm paying for it now.  My left knee is killing me and my right calf is all cramped up.  I can barely walk and going up stairs is extremely painful.  H was making fun of me this morning saying that I'm walking like the guy in No Country For Old Men...gee, babe, that makes me feel so much better!!  Ha ha ha...
  • I promise when it's all done you'll feel so much better!!!!   I've been working out 6 days a week for about 5 years straight and never take a breat.....it took me about a year to get to the point but know it's just a part of life....if I don't work out I feel like crap.....my FI trained me last night so I had one heck of a workout....getting throught it is tourture but once i'm done I feel fantastic
