Thoughts on the Inauguration!
I can't believe there is not a post about it already!
It was screened at work in one of the conference rooms; I thought that that was nice. About 40 people packed in to watch for an hour.

That was just incredible! I have to say that I am so thankful for being able to watch it in a packed auditorium of people who chose to be there. I had planned on trying to catch it online but this was so much better and I'm really glad that they made this available in several auditoriums here.
It was such a diverse crowd but amazing to take in the history with each other. People clapped, cheered, and cried. I'm so glad that I was able to watch it and take it all in.
I'm glad that I DVRed too so I can catch the rest of the commentary tonight.
I hope everyone was able to see it.

Just aw-inspiring. The man is such a great orator, and I am very anxious to see what direction our country will take under his guidance. I watched it at home with my two girls, and even took their picture in front of Obama on tv. I feel it's history in the making.
That's a great picture Jill...I LOVE it!!!! They can look back at that picture when they get older.

I had testing all day so I wasn't able to watch the whole thing, but we got a lunch break and I even finished my test early so I was able to go over to my parents' house (they live a mile from the college) with two friends and watch the actual swearing in. I was so glad I got to see that!
