am I the only person without Facebook?

I'm starting to think I'm the only person without Facebook, I guess I know what I'm doing this afternoon.

Kids that I used to baby sit for who are now in college told my that I was old school because I was still on myspace lol.

Re: am I the only person without Facebook?

  • I was on myspace and then joined facebook because a friend wanted me to see her page. Now I don't even look at myspace. I like facebook better and it's such an easy way to communicate.
  • I'm trying to make one now, I feel so clueless lol.
  • Ditto Mrs. Diss. I can't even remember the last time I looked at Myspace. My friends from college aer all over the country so I like havign one cental place to keep track of them, but Facebook is so much more user friendly, and you can do more.

AND -- we have a SJ Nestie group!

    http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/group.php?gid=30572173361

  • I just sent a request to join the group!
  • I have a facebook that I hardly ever use.  I started it years ago when it first started up and you could only have an account if you had a college email that they had on their list.  I completly forget I have it sometimes, until I get emails about friend requests and what not, im very bad about keeping up with it.  Ive even slacked on my myspace too.
  • Your not the only one...I don't have facebook or myspace.  I just hear so awful things about both sites that I don't want to sign up for either of them.  I know its great for networking, but  the bad stories ruin it for me.
  • Ever since I signed up for facebook I dont check my myspace either.  I'm so glad you joined the SJ group on facebook yay!
  • ShanWill, you can set your privacy so that only people you accept as friends can see anything.  As long as you use common sense with what you post on there, it's generally pretty safe.
  • NOpe, I have neither and dont plan on having one.  I think since I am a middle school teacher I should stay away from that whole thing.
  • I basically live on facebook... although I do go yo my mypsace page everyday,I spend most of my yime on fb
