As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Just finished 6-month review (job related)
Thankfully, it went well. My boss is great, and is very straightforward so I had a feeling it would go well. Our insititute is handling the economy better than other research centers, but that said, no one has 100% job security.
All in all it was productive, and I will even get a merit increase, whenever the hold on them is lifted.
Not only am I happy about the appraisal, but I now feel much better about the fact that we are about to take on a very hefty loan in order to pursue family building 
I'm hoping that by the end of 2009 I'll either have a baby or be pregnant, and now I feel better knowing I'll also have a job - bonus!
