Re: SJ Squishies Monday Check-in: Week 4

  • I totally blew it. If we had checked in on Friday instead of this morning, I would have been down another 3 pounds, but I made really stupid food choices over the weekend and gained it all back.  BOOO!!!! No  Big thumbs down for myself this week.
  • Thumbs down for me as well.  No  I ate horribly all week.  We only made one or two meals and ate out the rest of the time.  Thankfully I didn't gain anymore weight but I didn't lose any either.  On the plus side I did get a Wii Fit on Monday and have used it consistently all week.  My whole body hurt on Saturday and Sunday because of the workouts I've been doing.

Now I'm fighting a cold that my sister has passed on to me, the only good thing about the cold is that it has diminshed my appetite considerably.  I won't be in the mood for all the crappy food I've been eating.

  • No me too!Sad I was doing so well and then things got crazy at work...I was working really late and grabing things to eat on my way home for dinner...Saturday we ordered a pizza and i had that yesterday too b/c Jin was sick in bed and i didn't feel like cooking for myself.Oh and i forgot about the yummy cheesecake i had while out to lunch with friends on Friday

I am hoping to get back on track today..i plan to start cooking again and get in a work out which i was unable to do last week

  • I've fallen off the wagon  :(  I'm just having a rough few weeks.  I hate to say it, but I need a break from these boys.  I'm a stress eater and they have been stressing me out.  Luckily the boys will be w/ my ILs this coming weekend, while I get my drink on.  Hopefully after a weekend of fun, I can stop the stress eating.
  • I don't remember what I was last time I checked in with weight, but I have 4 lbs to go to get back to my October weight.  I slacked on working out at the end of the week.  This morning I'm going to the mall to do some walking.
  • A big No for me to.  I gained 1.4 pounds this week.  I didn't exercise at all and I went out to eat a few times a week with friends and DH.  I have successfully gotten off of caffeine and stick to only decaf now and have been using sugar instead of splenda or equal.
  • I've been pretty good with eating but horrible with working out.No I have an elliptical downstairs and cannot find the energy to work out when I get home. I'm so tired from getting up at 2 or 3 in am to feed baby James and then back up at 6 for work, that by the time I get home, I just want to eat (which entails cooking since i'm trying to be healthy) and spend time with hubby and baby. I really need motivation and don't know where to get it from!

That said, since i've been on South Beach with the occasional WW meal from Cyndi, i've lost 5.5 lbs in 2.5 weeks but the past 1.5 weeks, my weight is stalled (due to the lack of working out).

In order to meet my short-term goal, i've got to work out or else those clothes are never going to fit...ughh!

  • I actually did pretty good this week.  I did a few works that werent on my wii fit... I love the thing, but I know it not enough.  And I was pretty good food wise too. the only bad day was friday. we went bowling so I had a couple beers and we ordered chinese food real late, which didnt help.  but even with that I still ended up losing another 2 lbs this week!
  • I havent been doing well with excersizing.  I.hate.it.  I just can not get motivated to do it.  Ihave been eating really well though and that has led me to loose 1 lb this week.  Last night we went to the melting pot and have one more resturant week dining this week.  That should motivate me to work out but it wont.

  • I had a good week and a good weekend, even with a wedding on Saturday. I made very wise food choices for the weekend (weekends are the struggle) and was even able to enjoy a drink and dessert on Saturday.

Managed to get in 2 workouts. Total weight loss so far, 4lbs.

Got into a pre-preg dress that fit better than I thought.  Best compliment ever at the wedding, "Can you believe she just had a baby 4 months ago?" Woo-hoo!

    Lilypie Fourth Birthday tickers

  • Not much to report, still pregnant, only gained 25lbs so far YAYYY.  I thought about being a slut the other day, then laughed...
