**Summer2008**

I didn't want to hijack the post below, but I saw that you're on an elementary hiring committee and I have a few questions about the hiring process if you don't mind.

I teach in North Jersey and spend a majority of my time at my mom's. I'd like to find a job closer to home (Voorhees) and I'm wondering if applying to leave replacements is worth the time/effort. Even if it's not a permanent position, do you think it would increase my chances of getting a permanent job by getting a foot in the door? On one hand I hate to give up job security but on the other hand, seeing my husband every day would be a big plus.

I'm pretty sure it's pronounced your mom's a moron and if you didn't have your name legally changed by the age of 22, so are you. Unless you're from another continent. -Groomz
