I Want an Eggo

I've been laying in bed all day and I've seen like 12 commercials for Eggos and now I want about 12 Eggos.  Thank God I'm too lazy to go out and get them.

  • That sounds good. I can't remember the last time I had one...
  • OOO... use Strawberry syrup on that....

OMG... that would be so good.....

  • I have been eating 4 low fat multigrain eggos with no sugar syrup and smart balance butter every morning for 3 years and I LOVE them!!

They aren't bad for you at all!!!   The low fat mulitgrain eggos have 140 calories for 2 and I get sugar free syrup which I promise you is SOOO good, you would be shocked...I like it 10 times better then regular syrup

Is that a typo or do you really eat FOUR every morning?

  • I always see that commercial and want an Eggo. I usually get the Eggo Nutra Grain waffles, or Kashi ones. I like to put PB on one for breakfast.
  • Not a typo :)  I eat 4...it comes out to be a 340 calorie breakfast...the 4 waffles are 280 the syrup is 10 calories and the butter is 50.  Considering most people need 1500-1600 calories a day a 340 calorie breakfast is nothing espically since it should be your biggest meal of the day.
