QOTW: My weakness is totally fried food... the saltier the better. It has helped that I am now a SAHM and don't have the opportunity to cheat and eat all those foods that are so yummy to me!
I lost 3.5 lbs this week and I actully stuck to WW... that is a first for me so I was excited
For this week I would like to be able to exercise at least a little.

I wasn't able to get to the gym at all last week...DH wrecked his car in the snow last Monday and we didn't have loss of use coverage, so we just have 1 vehicle for the 2 of us. It was totaled and we are still waiting on the insurance settlement. UGH! So stresful!
My weakness is sweets - cake, ice cream, cookies...I could go on and on.
Goal for the week: Get DH a new car and get back to the gym.
I really have a sweet tooth - cake, candy, you name it. I know that's what hurt me most over the holidays.
I'm proud that I was pretty successful at cutting out soda this week. I didn't drink any at all at home, and only had diet coke when I was at a restaurant. That was a huge improvement for me.
Goal for the week: Get my butt to the gym.

QOTW: My weakness is salty foods and chinese!! I have been craving chinese for 3 weeks now!
I started Alli on Friday and I have exercised 4 days this week and eating healthy (1,400 calories a day)
For this week I would like to exercise more and see some kind of weight loss!
Cookies, big time weakness particularly ones that go well in milk (Oreos). That's why I wont even buy them or I sit and eat a quarter of the bag in one sitting.
Did pretty well about getting to the gym (Mon, Tues, Thursday) and then walked some trails at the one state park with Dh and the dogs on Sunday. I also started keeping a food journal.
Also like JTB, I am trying to cut out soda. I've been drinking juice,milk, or water instead. Though I have been having about a soda a day, but that is better than 2-3 sodas a day that I had been having.
Jello sugar free pudding rocks! --Only 60 calories. Jellow cherry pom with pears also is great--30 calories--both are the prepackaged cups in the dairy section.
QOTW: anything involving cake. I heart it with a passion. so I got the oreo 100-cal packs of mini cakesters... that's somewhat calmed it for now.
past week: finally got to the gym!!! and walked the dogs, though I'm more proud of them for making it out without turning into wiener popsicles. it was cold!
this week: get to the gym again and at least one karate class. oh, and STOP EATING. well, stop eating bad stuff.

QOTW: I have quite a few weaknessess. Mine are soda (I'm so addicted!) Chips and dip, pizza and any fast food. The good thing is the pizza and fast food makes me sick so I don't eat that much but if its offered to me, its very hard for me to say no.
I'm proud of myself for eating pretty well this past week. I made sure to bring soup or salad for lunch, eat a better breakfast and pay attention to what I'm snacking on and when I'm actually hungry instead of just eating because I'm bored.
This week's goals are to get back into working out (man I HATE working out) and keep eating better.
QOTW: My weakness - just sitting on the couch and NOT exercising! We don't really keep sweets in the house too much because DH doesn't really have a sweet tooth, he's more of a chips kind of guy and I can let them alone or only eat a handful and be satisfied. Oh, and beer is a big weakness too. (sorry, I know that makes me sound like an alchie but it's true).
Goal: To go to the gym. I wanted to go Monday or today but I was feeling under the weather and didn't make it. I would like to try to keep to a Monday or Tuesday, Thursday, Friday routine. Depending on how the weather is when I wake up, I'll try to go tomorrow morning. Another goal is to not go overboard at our Super Bowl Party on Sunday (there's that dang beer again!! lol)
