Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I just read your latest blog entry ... you crack me up! I feel the same way. We got the Wii fit and I promised I'd use it ... I haven't been (even though I mean to). It's been over a week, I'm afraid of what it's going to say to me!

I'm glad I'm not alone. Do you also find that it cheats and doesn't count everything you do?
I wish there was a way that I could criticize it right back.
I haven't noticed it cheating yet, but that's probably because I haven't done it enough lately. I can't seem to get a routine down.
I do criticize it right back! My H laughs at me because he'll come in the room as I'm cursing the stupid board on the screen ...
Yeah my H has to remind me that it can't hear me.
I've gotten a pretty good routine down. I start with some light areobics like the hula hoop, then go to the advanced step, boxing and then running. I also do the yoga and stength training that goes along with the yoga poses (the Wii will tell you which ones correspond).
I didn't realize some of the strength corresponded with the yoga, that's good to know!
Haha, you think the hula hooping is light??? That kills me! I'm more out of shape than I thought!
