I had my first follow-up OB appt since I was released from the hospital. I am measuring a week ahead which is no big surprise since I already knew that she was around 3 pounds. She did really well on the monitor, no decels or anything. I will continue to go back every week now. When I was leaving I ran into one of my high risk doctors and he mentioned that he would probably not let me go past 38 weeks because of all my issues and the diabetes. That was good to know.
When we got home we got our first baby gifts!!! The UPS guy came and DH started yelling at me about buying stuff and I said I didn't buy anything they must be gifts. We got an umbrella stroller, talking bear and an exercsaucer. I am SO excited. Meanwhile dh is trying to figure out where to put all this stuff.....poor guy has no idea what is to come!
Re: XP: My OB appt today
LOL at the comment about your dh! Just wait until you have a shower and the baby stuff really piles up!
So glad to hear everything went well at your appointment today. And Happy 30 weeks to you! The next few weeks are probably going to fly by.
I'm so glad to hear that your appointment went well and definitely good to know that they aren't planning on letting you go past 38 weeks.
Hooray...30 weeks! So glad your appt went well and again it is great that she is 3 lbs already! Good girl Olivia for being such a good grower!
LOL at the baby gifts...yes wait unti the shower. Then you don't know where to start!
