Looking at CM was never easy for me. I just ended up with weird bodily fluids all over myself regularly. Charting my temp was a million times easier. Sorry I'm not much help. (View Post)

Dark. I like the taste of milk a little better but we eat tons of chocolate in my house so we mostly keep it to dark so we don't blow up. I'm not sure if that counts or not. (View Post)

What really helped me was setting a reminder on my phone. That is the only way I have managed to take any form of time sensitive medication correctly. (View Post)
