As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

So sad yet absolutely hilarious
Ya'll everytime my boss leaves early, I have that little song from the wizard of oz go off in my head " ding dong the witch is gone ( i changed a word ) which ole witch the wicked witch. Ding dong the wicked witch is gone" And then I get all giddy and seriously want to dance around the office!!! **calming myself down** When she leaves, I feel like I can finally breathe!

Jenn you know you and I feel about the same. I get excited when my boss says he's not going to make it in, is going on a business trip, etc. So awful but he's just so difficult to work with and I'm trying so hard.
