As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Question re: tipping a hair assistant
Hi ladies. So I went to a new salon for the first time last week. My appt was with the owner and he had kind of an assistant - a girl who had just graduated from styling school. She ran around and got him extra foils etc while he did my color. She took my foils out and washed my hair the first time and she pre-blowdryed me so he could put another color treatment in but he washed the second time, did the cut and the actual blowdry/style. Question is, was I supposed to tip her too? I tipped him a bit extra in case he tips her out (I was thinking like a restaurant?) but then she held the door for me as I left and I felt badly like I should have given her something. What do you think?
