Any suggestions
on how to make my period more regular? Other than Birth Controll. My period as of right now is 11 days late. Dh and I got all excited that we may be pregnant~but we tested and it was negative. Any suggestions? TIA

Any type of stress, travel, life changes (moving, etc.) can delay ovulation. Other than that, I'm not sure what to say except go with nature!
