Realtor/Mortgage Broker Recs
Hi! This is my first time posting on The Nest. I had tons of my wedding questions answered by the friendly girls on The Knot, so I'm hoping you all can help me out over here. DH and I want to purchase a home in the near future in the Poway or San Marcos area. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good realtor or mortgage broker? I'd rather go to someone who is recommended then just pick a name out of the phone book.

OMG, I LOVE both my realtor and my mortgage broker. Both have been in the business for years, are based in Hillcrest/Mission Hills and were simply a pleasure to work with.
I referred them to another Nestie who used them and sings their prases as well. Seriously, can't say enough great things and we closed early!!
