WI gift basket ideas

I am wanting to make a gift basket for my cousins that live in IL.  I thought that I would fill it with WI items...I'm thinking mainly food.  Any ideas?!

Well, being the wino that I am, I immediately thought of some wines from Wisconsin!  There's Wollersheim Winery & Three Lakes Winery that I can think of off the top of my head (I used to work at the Three Lakes Winery...they have fab fruit wine, like cranberry - www.cranberrywine.com).  There's also a lot of little breweries, if they like beer (New Glarus, Capital Brewery, Leinies...)

You could also do cheeses, cranberry or cherry stuff, a Racine kringle, brats, Nueskes products,mixes for soups & breads - like Beer Cheese...shoot, now I'm hungry.
