She's going to CA
K's students told her she was stupid if she didn't go meet Nancy Pelosi - lol! So another professor is going to watch their presentations and I am going to sit in and video tape them as well. We bought K's airfare last night. I'm a bit jealous but super excited for her. Who gets to have a 'intimate' lunch with the Speaker of the House? :-)

Great question! ;-) Short answer - no. K thinks she can reimbursed for her airfare for this trip (which we scored for only $244) through the school as part of her dissertation expenses. And, yesterday her sisters called to tell us they were trying to fly us home for Christmas! Apparently while we've been trying to find a way to surprise them, they've been attempting to pool all their free flights/miles to get us home. How cute is that?
