Where to donate old Christmas tree?

Shoudl I just drop it off at Goodwill? It's a gorgeous tree, it just leans a little...I would love for another family to be able to enjoy it!

Re: Where to donate old Christmas tree?

  • Maybe a church?
  • Maybe a family in transitional housing could use it? Perhaps, try calling Coalition for the Homeless and Children's Home Society. Otherwise, I'm sure it could find a home via Goodwill. Good luck!
  • You should call Goodwill/Salvation Army to see if they will take it. I know we've tried to donate 2 fake trees and no one would take them anywhere my husband called.

You could post it as FREE on Craigslist.org....people are always looking for stuff there.
