Carpet Cleaners. NE1 use...
Americlean? Need the carpets cleaned and there is a coupon in the SAVE coupon book.
Anyone use them? If so, good/bad?

OMG! Do NOT use Americlean, unless you want:
1. Some Russian drug dealer to show up on your doorstep unable to speak good English.
2. A dirty carpet after they leave.
3. Water on your hardwood floors.
4. To be called a *** when you call the manager to complain.
That is just the big stuff. I felt really unsafe when this guy showed up. He was yelling at me because I wanted the special in the paper and he wanted to charge more. He couldn't speak English well and kept saying that "Americans want good work cheap. Who expects to get their carpet cleaned for $25?" Which is what the advertisement was. I paid for two rooms but asked him to leave after he "cleaned" one. It looked like my son peed on the floor and vacuumed it up. I called the office while he was there to tell them that the floor was not clean. They said I could call back and they would send someone else out later in the week. When I called they said that I was a liar and that no one told me that. I made it up. Then they said that I refused to sign the service slip (which I did because it said that I was signing saying I was satisfied). They said that I was rude to the guy and then the "manager" said he could tell that I was a liar and a ***. I complained to the better business bureau and the company wrote a letter saying that I yelled at the guy
