Brags & B!tches - post them here!!!

Brag - I have a very patient and loving DH, who puts up with me working in public accounting and I hope that it's not for much longer...freakin' job.  I also have two cute drama-queens that I can't seem to stay mad at because they're so darn cute and funny.  But boy am I tired!

B!tch - I hate work...I hate my boss.  He's a micromanaging crazed workaholic.  I think he thinks that we all are available to work just as long if not longer hours than him...and he keeps saying that "we have to stay here even if that means 24-hours-a-day to get the work done".  I think he's kidding himself and is lucky he has a wife to take care of everything else for him.  Where can I get one of those?  LOL! J/K

Re: Brags & B!tches - post them here!!!

  • brags- H upgraded my brand new nikon for a new cannon. Super stoked because this camera came with a new macro lens. Also, I'm doing this little personal business venture and being met with positive reviews. Feels good...feels really good.

Bitches- Ella sleeps a good amount at daycare and then always falls asleep on the ride home. This means that she crashes again at 9pm, and then wakes up ready to party around 3 a.m. OMG! Ever try to put a party go-er to sleep? We are talking hissy fits, screaming, shreiking and full out temper tantrums at 3 a.m. We are going on night 3 of this shi* and H & I are OVER IT!

  • Brag: Blair can crawl! During our 4 month appt, our Ped. gave us homework -teach Blair to sit up so by the 6 mo. appt she can start on solid food.. So Blair decides to do extra credit by mastering sitting up and then moving onto crawling. Granted, her she gets no style points b/c her form is awful, but you put an ipod or the tv remote in front of that girl and she will scoot across the room to get it!

B*TCH: I'm just so tired! I have no time management skills whatsoever, so I'm up until 2 a.m. trying to work (why don't I write on weekends??); and I'm breaking out and picking too, so I look like a pizza-face, and I'm out of all my Bare Minerals foundation (actually, I'm out of foundation, period); and DH has prohibited me from spending any money until Friday when all the bills have cleared so I can't buy more foundation; and I feel gross b/c I ate macaroni-and-cheese with bacon for breakfast...

  • Brag - I'm going to Disneyland for Christmas!!!

B!tch - I lent my Canon 5D to a friend in Vegas.  She's a fellow wedding photographer too. Her apartment was broken into a few months ago and all her equipment stolen.  She's finally getting some gigs so l lent her the nicer of my two DSLR's so that she could make some money to buy some equipment. Well, during one of her shoots, she wasn't using the neck strap, only the hand strap. What do you know, the camera and my $1200 lens slips from her grip.  Not only did it fall onto concrete, but it fell hard. I'm scared to find out the extend of damage to my stuff.

  • I think I need this:

    A. Brag: 1. I am getting the hang of getting both kids on the road to the 2 daycares by 9 am so I get to be home by 1030 to do house stuff before work (plus the nest). I feel like a real mom... :) Rj & Celeste has the funniest conversations in the car.?Example:Rj: No Celeste-You can't have this juice. Its only for Kuya.?Celeste: Ah da da da grr da ah da. Rj: You don't have enough teeth for this juice. You have to drink milk. Celeste: da da da da da (only louder). Rj: Mama, Celeste has 2 teeth here and 2 teeth there. Then I hear Celeste squeel with laughter.I am cracking up in the front while driving. Wish I had a videorecorder in the car.

    2. On my way out of Celeste's daycare I checked her mailbox & her first "progress report" card was there. I feel like laminating it. Instead of letters for grades it has milestones for her age and they check yes or no to what she does. Only a few no's-mostly yes. And of course there is a teacher's comment on the back. I feel so proud.

    B. B*tch: 1.?I don't understand why people (family and strangers) have the compulsion to touch a baby's cheeks seeing that its already red! The story is: I was at church Sunday with Dh extended family. I've told them before not to touch Celeste face due to sensitivity. One aunt keeps kissing her on the face-she wears make up that makes Celeste's face turn red & itchy. Then aunt's friend goes up to Celeste and rubs Celeste's cheeks with her hands! I was like: " I am sorry I don't think its a good idea for you to touch her cheeks-its already irritated." And this woman gave me this face as if to say "Who do you think you are." I was just about to punch her face. Instead I turned around and put Celeste in the stroller. Then aunt says "Its only ok to touch her face when Mom is not around." OH MY GAWD! Even if she said it in a "joking" manner-the fact that she said it and thinks its ok is just beyond me. Its now Tuesday and I am still steaming mad...I am so IRKED up to now. When the kid gets sick who is the one that stays up and doesn't go to work-ME! So of course I am protective. This is also the same aunt that was trying to "hook up" Dh back along time ago to her friend but Dh choose me and I seriously think she is just UGH. This is just one of the reasons why I am not too happy about seeing this side of the family-seriously.?

    2. I don't understand why I need to stress myself about Rj's birthday celebration in daycare. Its simple: bring cake, take pictures and give out favors. It should all be done in an hour maybe less. So why am I stressing? I am such a dork sometimes *bumping head against the keyboard*?

  • brag:  jacob is playing basket ball and is doing so well, this weekend is his first game and i'm so excited. ~jordyn has been walking for about 3 weeks now but whenever she was sitting she had to crawl to something to hold onto and pull herself up. as of Friday she is able to stand on her own and get to walkin yay jordyn

b!tch: i have a cold and feel like crap but i have so much to do, uuggh and my sil is gettin on my nerves. she keeps calling me knowing i'm pissed at her and have nothing to say, STOP CALLING ME!!!

  • BRAG: Just found out that the whole family on my mom's side will be getting together for xmas! Not a big thing for anyone else but my family has not been together in 7 years-too much drama. But I guess there has been a change of heart in some fam members with recent events that have had happened :)

***:Nothing big but I have to get up every freaking night at least 6x's to pee! AND I can only sleep in 1 1/2 intervols :(

  • BRAG- I too have a wonderful husband who loves me and two crazy dogs who seem to like me. I also have a wonderful supportive family who is always there for me. Last but not least I have a job

BIOTCH- Someone just hit my Fing car! My life can be a best selling book right now. They left a number on the car and when I called the guy told me his company truck accidentally backed into...WTF! He took out the whole front left side of my Fing car, light falling out and all.

**Luckily he said he is reporting it to his insurance and they are taking care of it.

  • Brag - Jacob took the cutest Santa Pics yesterday! ?DH apologized this morning. Jacob made the best pine cone xmas tree today! We are going to disneyland tomorrow.

    B!tch - I still can't find a job, I have a monster headache!

  • Brag:  We got most of our Christmas decorations up last night, including the tree.  I'm almost done Christmas shopping.  I still have a job after a huge mistake I made last week.

***: This same mistake I made last week has really affected me in ways I didn't know it could.  I feel like I failed big time even though this is the biggest mistake I have made at my job in over 9 years that I have been working here.  I feel like my bosses and co-workers look at me differently now, even though two of the main bosses were really understanding and stood up for me.  And this problem isn't going away anytime soon, it will linger on for a few more months, and I can't concentrate on anything else.

Phew, it felt good to let it out.

  • Brags - my photography business is BOOMING right now.

    B!tches - I loathe my day job now. : /

  • Brag: It's Christmas - we have our tree up. I took my last law school final on Thursday. From now until Christmas DH and I have no free time bc of holiday parties (3), baking, shopping and plays :)

B!tch: My day job told me that I was under-achieving. I mean c'mon how can someone who works full-time, goes to law school, has a part-time job as a server and "manages" a household be an under-achiever. I think it's one of the crappiest things that I have ever been called.

  • Brag:  I finally feel like my grade level and I have come to a peaceful understanding.  Things are so much better this year.  :)  We seem to all make positive efforts.  In fact, I ended up opening up to one of them about my fertility treatment.  I dont know why I did.. but I did.  (maybe it has to do with the fact that she is covering my afterschool class everytime I have to go to the dr.)

B**h:  see post below.  Add... my computer issues.  I had to wipe out my old windows and install a new one.  Everything is gone...  good thing I was able to back up before.
