Gift idea for employer?

I am currently working for a family as a nanny but I will be leaving them next week when I move to Arizona.  I have been with them for a year and wanted to get something for them as a christmas/parting gift.  I'm looking for something a little more sentimental and creative but I'm at a loss as to what would be appropriate. Any ideas? TIA!!

What about writing a nice card and giving them a personalized Christmas ornament?

I was going to suggest a personalized ornament as well.  I think that would be a wonderful idea.....   Maybe some nice pictures of you and the kids in a photo album (leave most of it empty so they can put their memories inside it, as well).

I like the photo album idea...actually a family I used to sit for did that for me when I moved.  It's nice to go back and look at those pics, and I always know right where to look for them too!  Maybe a personalized ornament too.....

When I left a family I nannied for, I made a collage of the boys. I bought a picture frame with a white mat, and stamped on it. They were both boys so I stamped dump trucks and polka dots. I took pictures over a few days of things we did together and put those in there. There mom loved it so much! It is now hanging in their play room!
