So I am sitting here making my list of goodies I want to make for Christmas. I am making some for some of my hubby's co workers and some of my co workers as well as some of our friends and then of course ourselves. I'm going to get started this evening I believe. I have a preliminary list. So far I have :
cut out cookies that I will ice ( I have a fantastic recipe for this)
oreo truffles
spice drop cookies
Mexican wedding cookies
I'm trying to come up with a few more.
What is on ya'll's Christmas goodies list this year?
Re: Christmas goodies!
Cut-out sugar cookies with icing
cranberry-white chocoloate biscotti
rice krispie treats
rum cake
white-chocolate cranberry oatmeal cookies
pannetone bread pudding
sweet potato-bourbon bundt cake
All the sweetness!!
I have a recipe for hard candy that you break up and sprinkle powdered sugar on. It is so good and you can make it any color and flavor.
I am also doing pound cake! YUM!! I have an email I will have to post that has about every imaginable creation you can think of.
We're having Goodie Day here at work on Friday and I'm making Oreo Truffles and Potato Candy.
I'm getting together with some friends on Saturday to do Christmas baking, so I'm bringing my Better Homes & Gardens magazine that has recipes for Chocolate Bon Bon Pops and Red Velvet Whoopie Pies.
I'm still looking for a good Peanut Brittle recipe...
