I know this is the nest board but I have lurked on the bump Indiana board but I so far feel comfortable here not sure if I want to move over to the bump Indiana board.
We just started TTC we are only on cycle #2. I am completly new to the TTC thing and have so much to learn & wondered if there was anyone else in the same boat as me? I'm just afraid to post on the GP boards (bump & nest) they seem to be a little rude to some others that have posted questions

Re: Is anyone here TTC??
We were originally planning to start Jan 2009, but that's been pushed back for a bit for now given my job situation.
I've been reading and trying to understand everything, but I'm feeling really overwhelmed
I've only lurked on the local Bump, but the ladies seem really nice and helpful
We are still undecided about kids... leaning towards no but that is a whole other story.. anyway, I used to work for Healthy Families (home visiting for new families) and have a LOT of crazy information and resources in my little head I'm always willing to share. No question is too silly. TRUST ME... I have heard it all. I also have supported several friends in the TTC journey so again, ask away... may not be in the same boat but I have a lot to offer
Good Morning Ladies!
Thank you for your responses.
PUBoilerBride: I completely agree it is all very overwhelming
but at least we know we are not alone
earthmuffin: Thank you I may be asking some questions in the near future
BrideJaye: Congratulations!
You should think about coming over to the Indiana Bump board...
There are true charting experts on the board who can help you understand your cycles, charts, signs, etc. There's a little bit of snark, but NOTHING like the national boards. For the most part, everyone's nice and ready to help. Plus, there are lots of girls in different parts of the pregnancy cycle: T-TTC, TTC, pregnant, post-pregnant...
My advice: If you haven't already, pick up a copy of "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" - it's a great book that walks you through your body and charting.
And related, start charting if you're not already. I'm 100% convinced that charting led to our pregnancy!!
Good luck!!
Brenda
I am, but we've been trying for over 3 years, so its a whole other ball game for me.
I ditto the other poster on reading TCOYF. Great book. It will explain a lot.
I'm not, but do feel free to post questions here!
I agree with the others, TCOYF was a great book to read. It helped me to feel more "in the know" of what was happening with my body.
Good luck in your journey!
I'm going to Ditto Brenda on all acounts (Except me being PG). The girls over there are great and all VERY supportive.
TCOYF is a great book. Good luck!
