Hi, I was just lurking around on here tonight and saw your profile. I noticed you live in PA and you had your wedding in Cape Cod. We are undecided about a location but have looked into renting a house in Cape Cod and having a small wedding there. Was it hard to plan? I would love to see pics if you would be willing to share. BTW, what part of PA are you in?

::butting in:: I live in NY but had my wedding in Provincetown, MA. I found planning it out there was really easy (but I was able to make a trip there ahead of time). There are a ton of bed & breakfasts all along the Cape. Depending on the time of year you plan on going, renting the entire house should be easy. Enjoy planning!

i planned a very small cape cod wedding from CT and it was a breeze - we rent a place up their every summer and had the ceremony itself on the beach. it was perfect! if you need a rec on a JOP, ours was really good and flexible

We live outside Philly, but decided to go to Cape Cod since a) we wanted a legal marriage and b) our families live in MO and NJ, and friends as far as GA and TX, so people would be travelling anyway. We rented a B&B, and had the bridal party and my family stay there (the other 15 or so guest stayed elsewhere in town - we had 36 total, with us).
The planning was pretty easy, but I'm also a pretty low stress person
