Well, the good news is that my cervical length hasn't changed.
. However, now my cervix appears to be dynamic which means it is changing in shape which usually occurs when you are having contractions.
So they hooked me up to a monitor and I'm not having any. I go back next week for them to check it again and see if anything is changed. So, no bed rest for now! Leave it to me to have some kind of funky cervix.
I told dh there may not be any babies after this one, it's like I have some new issue every week.
Re: u/s update
I am so glad your ultrasound went well. That is what they called my cervix to. Are they going to start doing non stress tests? That is what they did for me twice a week until I had my son. They checked to make sure I wasn't having contractions. Good luck with everything. I have been praying for you.
Good news! I'm sure these check-ups aren't fun but hang in there. I can't believe you're 23 weeks already!
Yay for the good news at least, I'm glad for that.
I hope they can figure things out and keep you doing well. I can't imagine how stressful the waiting must be.
Lots of good thoughts to you!
I'm glad your visit went well today Brandy! I'll continue to keep you and the baby in my prayers.
Well, the good thing is that they seem to be monitoring you pretty closely. I know it is a pain to be going so often, but at least you have that weekly reassurance that everything is ok.
I'll keep praying for you and your baby girl!
I'm glad that things are still looking good. It's great that they're doing weekly checks though. I'm sure the reassurance helps, although, it has to be stressful.
Thinking of you!?
