He would like it more if he had something to do! hopefully he'll be able to find a job soon so he can meet some people. I'm not much of a help either cause I only know a couple of people I have classes with.
Lol about Man Hoe! I am finished with all of the kids I had to buy for...but not quite finished for the adults. DH and I bought a video camera for our present to each other, since we knew we would want one for when the baby comes!
The video camera is a good idea! You'll def want to catch all of the fun on camera! Immortalized!

we should get together again. you're sweet, and I totally didn't mean not to again- shortly after the last lunch, school got completely nuts for those in the Ed. dept when we headed off to lab. :-P

We should def get together again. We're going to stay with my parents for a couple of weeks, but we should catch up after that for dinner or something. I understand about school..I got really busy for a while there too. I can't wait to be done.

I have no idea! I'm too far to even be thinking about that yet.
I am feeling great pregnancy-wise...I have had a bad cold all week though, ugh. We had an ultrasound by a friend a couple weeks ago and she *thinks* it's a boy...but the cord was between the legs so she didn't know for sure. I go back to the doctor on Monday, so hopefully we will find out then!
If I have to turn a couple of cartwheels and stand on my head before the sonogram I'll do it
Hanging out with some friends, and taking my dad Christmas shopping for my mom lol. I told him he better be glad that I don't live far away from him because he would be up a creek w/o a paddle when it came to mom's Christmas if it wasn't for me
LOL. Done! Man hoe, it is!
I think i'm just working this weekend..nothing fun. booo. BUT Florida is coming up soon so I have something to look forward to.

Ahh, so DH should be talking to you about it then. LOL. I was pretty much neutral on college football prior to getting married...haha. Then I got sucked in.

I would love to do dinner! I understand about going home soon. My DH has to work a while so we won't be leaving for my parents' house until the 22nd, and we'll be coming back around New Years by the time we make our rounds all over creation

Oh! It's January 8th. I will have to see if I can convince DH to peel himself from his usual spot yelling from the couch (he's a tad superstitious...lol)
What kind of ornament do you think you guys will get? Is it a yearly tradition?
DH has to work so I will be doing the usual cleaning and we are going to hopefully get our Christmas shopping finished and cards in the mail
We made it our tradition last year. (only been married a year and a half) Each year we want to get a new ornament that means something about our year. I want some type of home ornament b/c we bought our first home this year.

LOL @ man hoe! We were planning to go to Huntsville to see my family for "Christmas", but I am completely exhausted and can't take being on the road one more time. Therefore, I am committing myself to some serious bed and sofa time this weekend. I've been so tired that I haven't baked or made any of the sweets I wanted to make this week.
Lauren - I hope your hubby finds a job soon. It sucks not knowing people here.
