I placed two orders on Cyber Monday. One was for books for DH and I was having them sent to Borders. I've ordered this way before and they are supposed to call you when they come in. The order has been in apparently for over a week now and they didn't call me. I had to call them to find out whether or not it had arrived.
I also ordered a bedframe for my brother from Wal Mart and I entered all of my billing and shipping info and had it shipped to me (that was the day I got the 97 cent shipping). Well I still hadn't recieved that order yet eithere so I tracked it and it was sent to my OLD address and then sent back to Wal Mart because it wasn't the right people there to receive it (duh). I entered the correct address, they messed it up and sent it to my old address for some reason (who the heck knows why). So I have to replace that order and now am going to have to do site-to-store because the 97 cent shipping isn't there and it will cost me a lot in shipping. I am so annoyed.

That sucks. It seems like a lot of stores are screwing up. I ordered two DVD's for our niece back on Nov. 20th. I never got them yet, so I emailed the store. I got an email back saying the was a "technical difficulty" and order had been deleted (they had already deducted it from my checking account). They are sending the order out and refunding us the shipping cost.
