The aftermath of thursday's storm

It was so bad here!! We have a farm across the street from us and one of the workers' trailors flipped over!!! and a part of it ended up in our yard!! we have a big piece of siding in our yard waiting for DH to haul to the dump. we were really lucky it didn't do any damage.

Re: The aftermath of thursday's storm

  • Oh wow, I'm glad you're ok.  It was nasty here and our cable and internet went out for a couple hours.. it rained and rained and everyone in the neighborhood had standing water in their yards... good thing none of us have basements!

What part of the state do you live in?

  • I am outside of Columbia, apparently our little section of the county got it the worst. I didn't think we were supposed to have weather like this in December!?!
  • Haha I know I had a conference call and my coworkers could hear the thunder in the background because I had my speakerphone on... The are all in Southern Florida and they even thought it was crazy to be having a thunder storm in December!
