What did you ask for/think you're getting from DH for Christmas?

An orange ipod nano! My car has ZERO extras, not even a tape deck, so I want one to plug into my radio. I know he's getting me that, but he'll also get me a surprise gift.

The problem is I mention things I want/need throughout the year, and he buys MONTHS in advance to throw me off the trail!

All I know this year is he bought it 8 months ago, it's a big rectangular box (he has it wrapped in our living room), and it "solves a problem I commonly have"

I have NO clue.

I asked for a coat, clothes, and a few other items.  My list was pretty much the same between my parents and DH, but lately he's been talking on the phone to my mom so I have no idea what they are planning.

I'm a big snooper...This year we did amazon.com wish lists that we could email out to our families and I went pretty hog wild...adding just about anything and everything (variety is the spice of life right?)  Anyway, the wish lists work like a gift registry and we all remember how we were big registry snoops right???  I know that *someone* purchased the Coach perfume I wanted and the Price is Right Wii game....and two packages showed up at the house from Coach and Amazon....

I know, I'm a terrible person.

DH has already given me some tiny things. My Mary Kay consultant talked him into a 12 days of Christmas package so I get a little gift on my pillow every night. It's really cute!

I also asked for a Garmin case and for some earrings. I always ask for earrings.

Nada - we're so boring! We just went out to dinner on Saturday night just to have some time together and celebrate the season, but otherwise we both decided that the money we'd spend is much better going to our house savings fund than on stuff we probably don't even need.

I asked for a maid service (sort of jokingly, sort of not), but I'm pretty sure that's not happening.  I saw a Talbot's bag and a jewelry store bag in his closet though so that's always nice, too.  My house will just remain a pigsty.

I asked for a gift cert for a pedicure.  I'd like to do that before the baby arrives so even if he doesn't get it for me, I'm going   All the other things on my list were baby related.  He keeps asking me to add things for me to the list but I feel like the money is better spent on things we'll NEED.

Christina, I asked for a gc for a mani/pedi as well!  I love getting them but don't like paying for them and I really didn't have many ideas to give dh this year.  I asked for the Jeff Dunham Christmas DVD, a digital picture frame, a programmable crockpot and a carrying case for my new laptop.

i already got my gift... the babies!  I like the idea of the 12 days of Christmas though... that is really cute!

The only thing I want is a wireless router so I can use my laptop from anywhere in the house.

DH and I decided not to exchange this year since we recently bought a new computer, new mattress and are going on vacation in early March...plus we thought putting our $ towards others would be better.  But I'm kind of getting the feeling he bought me something... so now I'm wracking my brain trying to think of something I could buy him that his mom or my mom didnt already get.

What I really want is the newly released LV Damier Neverfull bag that matches my wallet and change purse that I bought at LV Paris.  I know DH has been considering it because he knew LV released it before I did (I've been waiting for them to finally release it to the continental US for months) but I'm not holding my breath.

He already got me the Ipod 120 GB classic which I've been loving.

I told my parents about a set of classical pilates dvd's that I want but other than that I didn't have much of a list for them.  My mom told most of the family to get me HD, Lowe's, or SW gift cards.

We are not really exchanging this year --- But,  he bought me two awesome glass rings from Kay's.  I can't wait until they are in!!!

I have no idea what he got me.  I shared the same list with my family, his family and him, so I don't know how the gifts were divvied up.  This weekend a big box from California arrived at the door, with "FRAGILE" stamped all over it.  I knew it wasn't something I ordered, so I gave it to him, and he confirmed it's a gift for me.  I have NO IDEA what that could be.  Tops on my list this year was a PSU lion/sapphire ring.  I'm curious to see how much baby stuff I/we'll get though, even though we don't even know what to ask for at this point.

We're not exchanging as usual.  Our Christmas gift to each other the past few years has been season tickets to college baseball.

I asked for new hardware for our kitchen cabinets.  DH will think this is not "fun", so I am not holding my breath.  Hopefully he will get the hardware and something deemed fun.
