Dearest Payroll,
Thank you very much for screwing up our direct deposit by one day. And even more so, thank you doing this when I was planning on Christmas shopping tonight since it was the only night I have free to do it. No problem. I'll just shift funds out of my savings to compensate. Cause I love doing that.
Oh and thank you for telling us so late in the day so I also have to fix the issues with the auto draft payments for bills that I make every month for lack of funds. That's real top shelf stuff.
Hey Payroll, you're the best for proactively saying, "Whoops. Oh well. Nothing we can do until midnight tomorrow."
Happy Holidays!

Re: Nah, I don't need my MONEY
Sorry for being whiny, and I should be happy to get a paycheck, but this is a royal pain.
I hate touching my savings. But at least I have some cash from my birthday to fall back on to buy some gifts.
This isn't something to laugh about, but your writing style cracks me up!!!
I didn't think you were whiny - I would be aggrevated as well - I don't like to take out of my savings either - It never seems to go back - something always comes up.
I agree, when it's happened to me to worst part is that it's messing up your planning. I'm sorry this happened to you.
