Ok, so I talked to her for over 30 min, she basically did a phone interview and then told me that she would be contacting my references and then they would set up 3 "target" interviews where I would interview w/3 people for an hour each - holy crap!!!  I'd have to give STAR responses (situation, target, action, result).

She already talked to my co-worker who is one of my references.  She said she felt like she was being interviewed - poor thing.  But she thought it went well, so we'll see!!!

Just thought I'd give you more details than just texting you.

That all sounds great!  Yeah I was so nervous about my target interview, but it wasn't as bad as I thought.  I actually had answers to the questions, lol.  It sounds like everything is moving in the right direction, I am so glad!!  Keep me posted

she did kinda prep me w/some examples of questions they would ask.  Typical of my area/career.  So we'll see!!!

I felt bad for my friend (reference here at work) as I felt like she drilled her!!!  ha ha

that would be fantabulous.  and as Brad would say, esp if they pay me 100K.  ha ha, I tell him to keep dreaming.  I'll be happy if it's close to what I make now.

Yeah, Jarrett keeps talking about wanting the lab director job...I tell him to go for it! I would love to be a SAHM!
