Had my first car accident! long
I had my first car accident last night! I had just gotten it towed from out of in the mud and was on the way home. The company that towed the car never took it out of park...we heard clicking but when we asked him about it he said it was ok. When I got in the car he told me to drive carefully and not to stop too fast as I still had mud on my tires. I drove slower around the neighborhood and onto the freeway. When the car got up to around 50mph the car started to make a whobbling(sp?) sound...about a mile later a car starting coming over into my lane. I swerve to keep the car from hitting me and cannot correct it. I fish tail and hit the outside guardrail then I hydroplane(i see my tire rolling down the interstate) and hit the guardrail again.
I am fine! The car it totalled! I was rushed to the hospital by ambulance. I have no broken bones but my arm, back and pelvis are bruised pretty bad. I am at home until January 5th, when school start back.My mother and step-father are coming to stay with me for the day and dh has me on webcab so he can see me throughout the day.
We are having someone look at the car to see if the tow truck damaged the car by pulling it in park...the police officer who took my statement says that the tow truck company may be liable for the tire coming off of the car.
Please keep me in your prayers. The car hit the guardrail on top of a bridge which made me even more scared. I have never been through anything like this and it keeps playing over and over in my head....Thank God I'm alive!

OMG honey, I am so glad that dispite the trauma and bruises you are ok. Thank God. Take it easy and keep us updated. Let us know if you need anything and glad you're parents are able to come take care of you as well.
