Christmas giving help?

We are going to Nashville, to spend a few days with Dh's family for their christmas... but my ? should we buy a christmas gift for Dh's cousins unborn child?  I had not planned on buying the unborn child anything, but MIL is. What do you think?

Re: Christmas giving help?

  • Personally, I've never bought anything for an unborn child for Christmas.  But in your case and since they live out of state, if there has already been a shower or if you won't be able to make it to the future shower, then I would just bring a Christmas/Shower gift.  Other than that I don't see why you would, but that's just me.
    Siggy coming soon....
  • It's really up to you. If it was his brother or sister's unborn I would say yes, but being a cousin I would say no. I mean you will probably get them a shower gift soon. Unless you just want to I would say don't worry about it!
