we lowered the price on the condo AGAIN
I'm so depressed about this but I want to be rid of it.
It is now listed for 15K less than what I paid for it. We will be fine if we just get something out of it or break even, but I do NOT want to bring money to the table and will not.
We can't move on to TTC and figuring out what/where we want to be next if this condo is lingering over our heads........
So wish us luck and say some prayers!!!

Thanks everyone. Yes, it's depressing to say the least. A lot is going on in my life and I'm having a hard time.
