I think they're all good ideas, but none of them are exactly high on my wish-list of things they'd change.
On Nest, the bios are underused in general, and by the time you join Nest, you probably have already made one or two bios on Knot. If they were going to add a bio builder it should have gone on Knot first.
I think the search feature is a nice idea, but no one will use it. People never use "search" properly on message boards, and it just causes people to grouch about it or to apologize unnecessarily about not being able to find things via search.
