How is everybody? I weighed in Monday, and I'm down another 1.6. Woohoo!
Unfortunately, I now think I'm dying. I moved wrong this morning while doing step aerobics and pulled a muscle in my back. When I bent down to clean the kitties' litter box this morning, I thought I would never get back up. It's starting to loosen up a little, so hopefully this won't keep me from working out any this week.
After going a little overboard last night at all-you-can-eat sushi night (at least it was fish, right?), today's menu is very boring:
B: 2 Kashi bars and a latte
L: chicken curry with pita chips, green pepper slices
S: clementines and string cheese
chicken stir-fry with spicy sichuan sauce, veggies, and noodles
Possibly a drink later. Or maybe just some Vicodin for the back.

Yikes, that sounds like it hurts. Be very careful, says this gal with chronic back pain!
I'm doing ok. I'm up 0.5 from last week (boo), but I also haven't been able to exercise for almost two weeks with this bronchitis. Between that and the holiday party weekend, I'm ok with a .5 gain. Still down 3.5 in a little over two weeks!

This week is hellish, as I have a rehearsal or concert every night. So I'll just do the best I can, and try to exercise this weekend.

I've been pretty good this week. I think the prospect of being in a bikini next week has helped a lot. In fact, I'm fitting in my skinny pants (size 8). Yay! It's been a while. I feel jusified in keeping them now, though.
